- We will dispatch your order within 48hours after it has been placed, subject to payment and stock availability. If for any reason an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
- Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
TAXES & DUTIES
All orders are shipped DDU [Delivery Duty Unpaid]. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, Please note that all taxes and duty that may be incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Heidi Rose Ltd.
Should you wish to return/exchange an order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and order number. Clearly explain why you would like to return/exchange your item(s). Please keep your Proof of Purchase safe until your refund has been dealt with.
Europe, USA and Rest of the World
Please note that international customers will be responsible for all postage costs when returning items.
If you are returning an order from outside the EU please ensure the package is clearly marked with 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS”
